Ordering and Payment

How do I order online?

  1. Browse the website and add any items you wish to purchase to shopping cart.
  2. After you have added the last item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the header menu bar.
  3. Check your items and quantities. If everything is correct, click on Check out.
  4. If you have an existing account, click Log in to sign in to your account. Otherwise, enter your Email and shipping address then click Continue to shipping.
  5. Select the shipping method to be used to deliver your order then click Continue to payment.
  6. Select the payment type.
  7. If you have selected Credit Card, enter your credit card details and click Pay now.
  8. If you have selected PayPal or AfterPay, click Pay with PayPal or Pay now. You will be directed to PayPal or Afterpay website to continue the payment.
  9. Review your order and payment details one final time before submitting your order. Please wait until your order is successfully submitted. Do not refresh or close your browser before it is completed.

How do I know if an item I ordered is on back order?

Pulp Addiction has a strict policy of maintaining products in stock. In the event of a stock discrepancy, you will be notified immediately by Email or SMS and given options of refund or waiting for stock to arrive. In some occasions, we will offer Limited Edition items for pre-ordering and they will be clearly marked on the website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to email us as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.

How can I check the status of my order online?

You can follow the fulfilment status of your order by clicking View your order in the order confirmation email or log in to your account if you have a registered account. After your order has been fulfilled, shipment notification email will be sent to the email address that you have provided during your ordering. If you did not receive this email, please check your email Spam/Junk folder. All orders with Signature on Delivery option will be tracked, and you will receive an Australia Post tracking number by email when your order is processed. You can track the delivery status at Australia Post website here.

Can I place an order from a foreign country?

You can place an order from a foreign country. However, orders can only be shipped to an Australian postal address.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

When is my credit card charged?

When you place an order using a credit card, the total dollar amount is authorised by your credit card issuer at the time of your purchase. Once this amount is authorised, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the order.

If you have placed an order but change your mind later before the order is shipped, you can contact our Customer Service Team for order cancellation. We will cancel your order and reverse the transaction back to the original payment credit card.

Why is my credit card payment declined?

If your credit card is declined when placing an order, your order will not be created in our system. Please check your credit card details and try again. If your credit card details are correct but still declined, please contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

If at any point you are unsure if an order has gone through or not, please email us and we will assist you.

Is my credit card and account information secure?

Pulp Addiction is a safe and secure site with secure checkout hosted on Shopify Inc. We have advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain safe and secure. All payments are processed on Shopify Payments system.
