Shipping & Handling Information
At Pulp Addiction, we always strive to keep our Shipping and Handling fee at the minimum. We use Australia Post for our orders fulfilment. It is a door-to-door delivery service that delivers Australia wide.
We can deliver to Residential addresses, Business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. When shipping to a business address, it is important that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination. We strongly recommend that you take up Signature on Delivery option to prevent parcel being received by a wrong person.
Parcel Safe Drop
Since the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post has started using Safe Drop delivery method for all non-signature parcel deliveries. If no one is available at the address when the delivery takes place, Australia Post delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. If you do not want Safe Drop, you can opt for the Signature on Delivery option. Australia Post delivery driver will take your parcel to a local post office if no one is available at the address to sign for the delivery and the parcel can be collected within 10 business days before it is being returned to sender. To prevent parcel being stolen from Safe Drop or received by wrong person, we strongly encourage you to take up Signature on Delivery option for a safer and peace of mind delivery of your orders, especially if the address is a shared house, unit, apartment, office, or area prone to parcel theft.
Australia Post may be affected by extreme weather conditions, delays or disruptions, parcel deliveries may take longer to be delivered and customers are advised to be patient. For the latest update on delivery time, see Australia Post website for more information here.
Express Post remains the fastest parcel delivery option even though Australia Post Next-Business-Day Guarantee is only applied to Express Post delivery within the Express Post next business day delivery network on a business day (Monday to Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions. Shipping & Handling Charges
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. As low as $5.95 for Standard delivery and $11.95 for Express delivery applies to all orders shipped within Australia. All deliveries will be priced according to weight and size and you will be informed at the time of checkout. Express orders have the top priority and are processed and dispatched on the same day or next business day.
For a safer and peace of mind delivery, add Signature on Delivery option which includes tracking for an additional $2.95 on top of the delivery charges.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for large and commercial (retailer/trade) orders and free delivery offer does not apply. If you wish to make a large or commercial order, please contact us for a delivery quote.

We offer Free Standard Delivery Australia wide on orders above $99. For a safer and peace of mind delivery, you can add Signature on Delivery option to the Free Standard Delivery for an additional of $2.95.

Add $2.95 for Signature on Delivery. If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place, Australia Post delivery driver will take your parcel to a local post office and the parcel can be collected within 10 business days before it is being returned to sender.

Express Orders – Same Day Dispatch*
Express orders have the top priority and are processed and dispatched on the same day or next business day. *Orders must be placed before 1pm AEST/AEDT (Monday to Friday) and all items must be available to be eligible for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm AEST/AEDT, weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Tracking
Not all orders have a tracking. However, all Express and Signature on Delivery orders will be tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is processed. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive it. You can use the tracking number to track your order delivery status at Australia Post website here.
Orders Don't Have Tracking
Small items orders are sent in a white padded envelope as Letter Post which is an untracked service and generally take 3-7 business days for delivery. If you want your order to be tracked, please choose the Signature on Delivery option which includes tracking during the checkout.
Shipping Area
Pulp Addiction currently only offers shipping to Australia wide within Australia Post network.

Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of the order being placed. Delays can occur during busy periods, in particular on Mondays or the day after public holiday. If you need your order quickly, please choose Express delivery as Express orders always have the top priority and are processed and dispatched on the same day or next business day. Order deliveries usually take 3-15 working days* for Standard delivery and 1-5 working days* for Express delivery. However, orders deliveries to remote areas may require additional days.
Orders sent in an untracked white padded envelope as Letter Post generally take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Late Deliveries
In some occasions, Australia Post may experience delays in deliveries due to network congestions or extreme weather conditions. Deliveries may take longer to be delivered and customers are advised to be patient. However, most late deliveries arrive within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
Loss or Damage
All orders are insured for loss or damage during transit. If you received your order damaged during transit or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to present the damaged item and the packaging at an Australia Post Shop for a damage report to be completed.
If your order is lost during transit, we will lodge a Missing Parcel Investigation with Australia Post. We will resend or refund your order only when the Missing Parcel investigation is completed and officially classified the parcel is lost. However, Pulp Addiction is not liable for orders once they are marked as delivered by Australia Post on the tracking status, but we can assist you in making enquiry with Australia Post and provide you with the required information in the event that if you are making a claim with Australia Post. To prevent parcel from being stolen from Safe Drop or received by wrong person, we strongly encourage you to take up the Signature on Delivery option for a safer and peace of mind delivery of your orders, especially if the address is a shared house, apartment, office, or area prone to parcel theft.
Incorrect Order or Item
If you have received an incorrect order or item, Please do not open or use the item. Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We will provide you a resolution promptly. Any attempt to use the incorrect item may void your claim.
Incorrect, Incomplete or Undeliverable Address
Pulp Addiction uses an automated shipping system, the shipping address is printed exactly you have provided during the checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. An incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will result to parcel being delayed, lost, or returned to sender. We advise you to check your address carefully before submitting your order. If you have realised your address is incorrectly entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day. We will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been dispatched and we will not compensate for the loss or late delivery. If your order is returned to sender, we can resend your order to you. However, you will incur a redelivery fee. (See Returned to Sender information below.)
Returned to Sender (RTS)
Occasionally, orders are returned to sender by Australia Post due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
- No Unit or Street number provided
- No Street name, Suburb, State or Postcode provided
- Invalid Street name, Suburb or Postcode
- Suburb, State and Postcode do not match
- No Business name provided for Business address
- No Floor/Level provided for Business address
- No contact name provided for Business address
- Parcel has not been collected by receiver from Post Office within 10 business days of collection notification
- Parcel is rejected by receiver
If your order is returned to sender due to you have provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, parcel has not been collected from Post Office within the required timeframe, or any of the above reasons, you can have your order resent to you after we have received it back at our warehouse. However, you have to pay a full price redelivery fee according to the delivery option you choose. The redelivery fees are as follows:

Alternatively, you can choose to have your order refunded back to your original payment method after we have received it back at our warehouse. The refund amount will be the Grand Total amount minus a full price shipping fee, since we have already paid for the full price shipping fee on the initial delivery. Please note that refund generally takes between 2-10 business days for it to show on your payment account.
If your order is returned to sender due to error made by Pulp Addiction, we will resend your order free of charge in Express delivery or fully refund your order.
