Platinum Carbon Black Bottle Ink

This pigment based black ink is very intense and highly sort after by artists and cartoonists. This makes it very permanent (waterproof) and lightfast, though it does require more diligent maintenance in your fountain pen. It's ideal for brush pens and fountain pens being used on paper where you need ink to dry on the surface instead of soaking in.

Please note: This ink is safe to use in fountain pens, but regular care and cleaning should be done, as pigmented ink can be damaging if allowed to completely dry up inside the pen. To be safe, we recommend cleaning your pen every 4 to 6 weeks, or if you don't plan on using the pen for a week or longer.
