Free Warehouse Pickup Service
We offer a free and convenient order pickup service for customers who prefer to collect their order from our Somerton Warehouse. Order can be collected between 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure you have received your ‘Ready for Pickup’ email before proceeding to our warehouse.
When collecting your order, please present your 'Ready for Pickup' email along with a valid photo ID (Driver's Licence or Passport) that matches the name on the order. The warehouse staff will be unable to release the ordered products if you do not provide adequate proof of purchase and identity. Additionally, the warehouse staff reserves the right to refuse to provide the order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the individual is not the customer who made the online purchase.
If you wish to nominate someone else to collect your order, the credit card holder of the order must email a copy of their photo ID and a nomination letter to the store's email address, stating the name of the nominated person. The nominated person must bring their photo ID when collecting the order. This policy is in place to enhance the security of customer orders by preventing unauthorised pickups.
Once the order has been collected and signed for, the responsibility for any damage or loss of items lies with the person who collected the order.
