The icon Kaweco Classic Sport is made of high-quality, colourful plastic and is compact when capped (approx. 10.6cm long), but very comfortable when posted (12.9cm long). Thus the Kaweco slogan "Small in the pocket, great in the hand".

Each pen features a screw-on cap for extra security and a gold plated stainless steel nib with an iridium tip. The Germany-made pens reveal a Kaweco metal logo on the top of the cap. Each pen comes with a Kaweco blue cartridge to get you started. Optional Pen Clip sold separately.

Please note: Colour transfer and staining may occur to lighter colour pens when stored in pen cases/pouch/wrap made with chrome tanned leathers or dyed materials. We suggest that you do your own research before storing the pen in your pen cases/pouch/wrap.

Classic Sport

There are only a few writing instruments which have been successful in the market for decades without big changes. One of them is the Kaweco CLASSIC Sport pen. It follows the design of the year 1935. Outstanding because of its unique form and size.

In 1911 something special occurred with the Kaweco Sport. A pocket fountain pen which everyone could carry anywhere. Just 10.5 cm big when closed, and with the cap on top of the barrel it grew to a standard size pen. Small in the pocket and big in the hand: The Kaweco Sport.

Sepp Herberger already appreciated these characteristics. It was with a Kaweco Sport that the former coach of the German national soccer team wrote on a piece of paper his winning tactics which brought the Germans to the world cup in 1954.
