Introducing the latest addition to the #3776 Century Fuji Unkei series: “Kinu-Gumo.”

Limited to only 2,500 pieces worldwide, Kinu-Gumo—meaning “silk clouds” in Japanese—is the third release in the Fuji Unkei series, a collection inspired by the ever-changing beauty of Mt. Fuji and the skies that surround it. This edition evokes the soft elegance of cirrus clouds with a translucent resin body, enhanced by delicate guilloche and V-blade engraving.

At its core lies a rhodium-plated 14K gold nib, delivering Platinum’s signature smooth and refined writing experience. The pen is topped with a domed finial engraved with a serial number, a subtle tribute to Mt. Fuji. Each piece includes a 20ml bottle of Nishiki-Oru-Fuji ink—a rich, shimmering blend of vermilion and gold tones—along with a cartridge, converter, and a beautifully designed gift box.

As always, the pen is equipped with Platinum’s patented Slip & Seal mechanism, ensuring your ink stays fresh for up to 24 months.

About the Series:
Platinum began its Mt. Fuji tribute in 2011 with the “Fuji Five Lakes” series, followed by “Fuji Shunkei” (2017–2021), which used advanced cutting techniques to reflect the mountain’s seasonal landscapes. In 2023, the “Fuji Unkei” series was born—celebrating the interplay between Mt. Fuji and the clouds that drift through its skies using exquisite decorative techniques.
